Sattar&Co. advised a High Commission of a foreign country on a number of employment related matters. Our team advised the High Commission on its employment handbook along with various restructuring issues which included the termination of some of its employees. The team conducted extensive research on the relevant employment laws including the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and advised the client accordingly. Sattar&Co. also conducted an analysis of a case pending before the Labour Courts to which the High Commission was a party.
